ARCHITECTURAL DESIGNS

Ade Ojuri & Partners render Architectural consultancy services from the initiation (Pre contract) stage to the handover (Post contract) stage.
Scope of works on Pre contract stage is initiated with:

Taking brief of the client’s needs
Design of presentation drawings
Prepare working drawings
Appointment of other consultant team (if required by the client),
Preparation of bill of quantities
Application for Town Planning Approval,
Establishing project cost, budget and cost target.

While Scope of works for Post contract stage is initiated from:

Signing of contract performance bond collection and insurance against injuries
Arrange initial pre-site meeting
Establish frequency of site meetings
Arrange possession of site by main contractor
Ensure proper site supervision planning and scheduling of work
Valuation of work done using construction control method and preparing Certificates for payments
Exercise cost control, cost checks, and prepare financial statements
Prepare and approve variations backed by instructions
Arrange handing over to, and full possession of the building by the client
Monitor repairs during defects liability period
Issue certificate of completion of contract
Preparation and submission of final account,

PROJECT COSTING, BUDGET AND COST TARGETING

At Ade Ojuri & Partners, we have in house Quantity Surveyors who take up the task of costing, creating budget estimate in accordance to both Architectural and Structural preliminary designs of a project and helping our esteemed clients to ensure that they do not exceed their cost targets for clients who are financially conscious. As such, alternative designs or design specifications come in to play.
