Ade Ojuri & Partners is a dynamic firm of Project Managers, a network of Architects, Structural Engineers & Quantity Surveyors. 

We have successfully executed numerous outstanding projects in the past, and continue to enjoy being commissioned on new projects due to several years and wealth of experience acquired by members of our staff. 

We can also undertake total design consultancy services as a consortium in association with other reputable consultancy firms if desired .

The company has a fully equipped design office. Our integral design and working drawing services are fully computerized on CAD ranges from -Bentley Microstation, Auto-Cad, Revit Architecture, 3Ds Max etc making us to achieve set deadlines. 

We also undertake projects on Design & Build basis and in association with other reputable consultancy firms if required.

Step one

  • Initiation and advice on initiation scheme.
  • Draw up detailed analysis of brief and schedule of accommodation.
  • Identification of procurement: ascertaining the range of appointment of other consultants to work in collaboration with.

Step two

  • Preparation and co-ordination of preliminary designs, plans and cost analysis.
  • Advise clients on structure, services and development budget.
  • Review of procurement

Step three

  • Preparation of detailed working drawing.
  • Apply and obtain statutory town planning approval.
  • Obtain and advise clients on choice of contractor.

Step four

  • Preparation of technical designs, details and specifications sufficient to coordinate the projects for construction safety.
  • Preparation of statutory purposes.
  • Preparation of tender, obtain tenders and establish project  cost, budget and cost target.

Step five

  • Awarding contract to a winning contractor.
  • Signing of contract.
  • Collection of performance bond and insurance against injuries.
  • Formal handing over of site to the winning contractor and collection of program of works.
  • Frequent site visits, inspections and meetings.

Step six

  • Arrange handing over and full possession of building(s) site to the client.
  • Monitor repairs liability period.
  • Issue a certificate of completion after defects liability period.
